Retro NY Metro uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.

Ship Time:

The Ship time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. Most of the items will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While Retro NY Metro works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, and then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Methods:

•Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. 

• Guaranteed Standard Shipping → Delivers within 5 business days* 

• Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days 

• Guaranteed 2-3 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 2-3 business days 

• Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day 

*Items shipped Standard via United States Postal Service delivery within 5 to 7 business days after shipping. 

The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipment Notification Email:

We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email contact@retronymetro.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #. 
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Most of the images you see on our website are free of copyright and have been taken from public domains and then restored and edited for higher quality. There are very limited images that we have licensed from third party suppliers that represent to us that they have sufficient rights to allow us to display, reproduce, and sell the images on retronymetro.com.
